No lift access to upper floors!!! Inconvenient check-in location across the road!!! Limited breakfast options and ambiance this year!!! Enhanced security measures would be appreciated!!!

cozy, cozy, cozy
The room was absolutely cozy, with a spacious bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast was a delightful experience, with a variety of delicious options that energized my mornings. Parking was also a highlight, as it was both brilliant and reasonably priced, allowing me to explore effortlessly.
would recommend 🥰✨

The so-called 'Deluxe Triple Room' was an absolute joke with a nerve-wracking staircase, and breakfast? Forget about it, I had to trudge to the hotel opposite for that! I expected at least a complimentary upgrade for my troubles but no, just basic nonsense. Almost gave a good review but just couldn’t deal with the chaos.

Big hype, little substance
While the room was clean and had a lovely skyline view, it felt quite cramped for a solo traveler. The location was decent, yet the lack of personal touches in service disappointed me. Breakfast was average, and I expected more from this highly-rated option, unfortunately falling short of my expectations.

Great place for a trip with friends! Amazing location near central attractions. The staff was super helpful. We had a fantastic time exploring nearby places like Tillegembos and Damme Golf. The breakfast was also a highlight, offering a solid range to kickstart the day.
The only downside was no lift in the hotel, so prepare for some stairs if you're on higher floors.

The location was perfect, only a short 5-minute walk to the center, allowing us to easily explore Bruges. Breakfast was wonderful, with fresh options and tasty omelettes made on request. We enjoyed the clean and spacious accommodations during our stay with our grown-up kids.
My wife says that a lift would have been helpful.

Chur, the breakfast was top-notch, especially the omelettes! The plumbing noise was a bit dodgy, but the lovely atmosphere made up for it.
